It can make u more: Susceptible as your immune system would be worse so more likely that bact can get up into teh bladder to cause an infection.

Unlikely: Bladder infection, absent some primary predisposing factor, is not likely to be a result of being ill, unless that illness involved placement of a urinary catheter, was an immuno-suppressive disorder, involved bacteria entering the bloodstream, or other complicating problems.
