Yes: Bone lengthening is done only for leg length discrepancu make one longer or stop the growth of the longer. If an adult it can be done but there are limits @ how much longer u can lengthen, so one may also need to be shortened some. Not done to make a person taller, but to get theior legs as close to = as can be done. Long = tight, shrt=loose (muscle, nerve, vessel) not w/o risk. B sure b4u jump in.
