Depends...: Treatment for a chronic cough depends on the reason for the cough. Possible etiologies for a chronic cough include bronchospasm from any cause, gerd, post-nasal drip or a combination of factors. Each of these have different treatments. See your doctor so your cough can be diagnosed first and then treated.
