Give symptoms: It usually starts sleep wake dysfunction. Subjective sadness and guilt are high, daytime energy is low, crying spells can be occurring. It is usually intertwined with stress and worry creating a feedback loop and sometimes pain out of proportion to tissue damage. I scale it out on a pain scale. One drug 30% chance of complete resolution. Lower dose combos work best but easy to treat, trust me.
