NO: Think of the nail as a turtle shell, it protects the fungal cells underneath. So any topical solution/cream/ointment, will not be able to penetrate down to the fungal cellls. Look in your area for a podiatrist who provide's laser treatment for fungal nails. The fotona brand is a laser, I have seen good results.

Maybe for some...: I have read the ingredient list and consumer reviews. Zetaclear hardly has a high degree of satisfied customers. It probably helps some people, but there are better topical products out there. See if any of the podiatrists in your area carry "Nail Clear Pro +". This is non-toxic and has worked for a number of my patients. It is relatively new, so some doctors may not carry it yet. Ask around.
