Consider vitrectomy: If the floaters are bad enough, you could consider a procedure called a vitrectomy, where a retina surgeon will go and remove the vitreous. The floaters are in the vitreous and so the floaters will be gone. This procedure has risks, so you will need to see a retina specialist to see if this appropriate for you.
