20s: Testosterone starts spiking in our teens and maxes out in our 20s. Then it begins an inexorable 1% per year drop, typically starting in our 30s. You're not likely to feel anything unless/until you lose a significant amount since the year-to-year decline is so small, unlike women going thru menopause.
