Bioterrorism: Smallpox has been eradicated from the globe. There is no way you could get it unless there was an outbreak due to bioterrorism.

Agree w Dr. Gallant: Smallpox was declared eradicated in 1979 by the world health organization. Bioterrorism or infection of a laboratory worker handling materials (this would be very unlikely due to protocols used when handling this type fo infectious material) are possible mechanisms for infection.
