Yes: The two will not affect each other. The chief side effects to look for with sudafed are hyperness, irritability, heart palpitations, and dehydration. Amoxacillin will cause a rash if you develop an allergy, and could cause loose stools. Eat yogurt twice a day while on any antibiotic. If diarrhea gets out of hand stop amoxacillin and call your doc.
