Yes, not w/ others: Your Oxycodone is okay w/ Sudafed but it is not a good mix w/ your Ultram (seizures, breathing problems, etc. are possible) or w/ acetaminophen (dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, etc). Discuss your Rx needs w/ a doctor you trust to find a safe combo - Actually, it seems like you have. Just dump the Ultram & acetaminophen. Hope you feel better soon.

Yes: Yes these medicines work via different mechanisms and can be safely taken together. Be health conscious and only take Oxycodone if your really need it because it is habit forming.
