Sometimes: The cramping that people sometimes feel in early pregnancy may feel like period cramps but the feeling is actually from the expanding of the uterus from the growing fetus. It is common for people to confuse symptoms of pms with early pregnancy.

Cramping: but it wouldn't be considered period pain because there is no period when you are pregnant.
