None for sure: This question has been studied for 50 years. So far no long term effects have been shown. Babies are not born "addicted" to Methadone they are Methadone dependent and have to be weaned off of this opioid as they would any other. At the present time treatment with Methadone during pregnancy is preferable to Suboxone primarily because Methadone has a longer history of use without long term effects.
