Open compresses: Wet to dry dressings can peel away blisters. Soak a piece of cloth and let it dry completely to open blsters. A steroid cream can then penetrate to calm skin. Patch testing to determine a possible allergy that caused the rash.

Allergic Rash: Leave them alone! cool compresses, gentle cleansing and pat dry, topical anti-itch if none of the blisters are ruptured. If ruptured, use non-sedating oral antihistamines.
