It can be: Seborrheic dermatitis is a chronic inflammatory skin condition caused by the malfunctioning of the sebaceous glands. Amongst other things it can be linked to an overactive immune system and high levels of toxins in the body. An unhealthy diet and a lack of good bacteria caused by antibiotics and stress can cause an imbalance which can cause an over growth of candida which may attack the oil glands.
