A member asked:

Is it safe to use fexofenadine hydrochloride, ciprofloxacin, and moxifloxacin if im suspecting pregnancy at v early stage.(last ovulation on 9th dec)?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Fenofenadine is in category b. Animal reproduction studies have failed to demonstrate a risk to the fetus and there are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women. But the fluorinated quinolones have the potential to create problems with ligaments and tendons and are not recommended for use in pregnancy.
