What can be done for long eyelashes?

Cut them: I do not suggest anyone ever do this to themselves or have a beautician or a close friend attempt this. We ophthalmologists have special scissors and perform this under a slit lamp microscope. It is done more commonly than you would think as certain drugs given in the eye make eyelashes grow and they have to be trimmed.
