Exactly where?: It's common to have a few infected hairs around the vulva even if your personal hygiene is the best. These require no treatment. If this does not appear to be the problem, the more worrisome entities of hidradenitis and vulvar vestibular adenitis would need to be diagnosed on physical exam.
