YES: Breasts may be asymmetrical for a variety of reasons. I usually break them down into two causes: volume and contour differences. If yours is a volume discrepancy, then a simple augmentation would even up the size difference. If it is a contour difference, perhaps you might need a lift on one side. Mis-matched: yes the larger breast can be reduced, or the smaller one made larger. If they are also different shapes then skin was be removed to match the two breasts. remember if they were no perfect to begin with they will be better after surgery but a perfect match doesn't exist.
