The joint under my big toe and my big toe hurt all the time, what can i do to address this problem?

The question : Is slightly ambiguous. There is no joint under the big toe. So, all i know is your big toe hurts and possibly at a joint. Not sure if that is the joint of the big toe or the one just before it. Either way, sounds like you should get evaluated and an x-ray.
