Vaginal bleeding: If this becomes an otherwise normal period in the next day or two, that's probably all it is, a slightly late period. No big deal. However, spotting after sex or other abnormal vaginal bleeding can be due to infection, especially STDs. And any abnormal vaginal bleeding should be professionally evaluated: come causes are serious. So see your doctor if any doubt about it.

Pregnancy test: Do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Practice safe sex.
