Do nothing!: This is just your vasculature and your genetics. Although you may be bothered by this, i suspect it doesn't last long, is related to something good (exercise), and if nothing else, is a great conversation starter with some great guy. Don't let this bother you! really! please do not consider vein injections or laser treatments. You don't need the potential problems!

Sensitive ANS: Your autonomic nervous system is sensitive. The blotches are a good reminder that you are over doing the exercise. Listen to your body and lighten up. Eat healthy food, breathe and relax and think of the things your are grateful for, and move in a light and fun way for 15 minutes every three hours and you will be healthy and blotch free.
