Work out in Morning: Best time to get exercise is in the morning before your work day. It is a bit of a commitment, but once you decide to work out in the mornings, the endorphins will keep working for you throughout the day, and you will notice increased energy to get through the day as well as general feeling of well being. Running 20minutes on a treadmill or outside, playing some racquet sport such as squash, yoga, and calisthenics are all good choices. Working out after work means you should eat a light lunch and push through urge not to work out. Its a mental toughness game.

Don't: Do not try to work out daily. How about shooting for 3 times a week. Look into an exercise like peak 8 or a similar like high intensity work out. The studies I have seen so far look like this will do you as much good as a daily routine and less time consuming.. Continue somethin though, no acitivity will like get you more fatigued.
