At any age: It can be done at any age. It is usually better after legal age limit. It is important as accidents or sudden sickness can happen to anyone at anytime.

Any age: It's a good idea for adults of all ages to have an advanced directive, living will, or power of attorney even if they're healthy. We never know when something may happen that could incapacitate us. It's best to make your wishes known while you can communicate them clearly. Speak to an attorney about it & check out <a href="<a href="http://www.Agingwithdignity.Org/five-wishes.Php" rel="nofollow".
