Probably not : There are several possible causes, but fatty liver is not likely. I would consider gallbladder disease, kidney stones, or muscular pain. An abdominal ultrasound may help of your doctor can't diagnose you with an examination.

Kidney infection: Your fatty liver my not be the cause, you may have kidney infection or stone, some times gall stone will give similar pain. You need to see your doctor for sonogram , blood and urine tests for diagnosis and treatments ( additional tests later ).
