Yes: You can conceive if you have autoimmune hepatitis. But you need to have close follow-up with your hepatologist and gynecologist, since it is considered high risk pregnancy. Your medication/medications for autoimmune needs to be adjusted or replaced. Certain medication/medications for autoimmune hepatitis may have risk to the baby, although overall risk is low.
