MANY REASONS: There are a lot of possibilities for insomnia. Stress, anxiety, caffeine, change of routine, depression, alcohol, drugs, medications. So depending on what the cause determines the treatment. Work on sleep hygiene like set wake and sleep and reduce caffeine and do not eat too late in the day.
