May be nothing: The positive findings on your urine commonly happens with contaminated urine sample. Unless you did a careful midstream urine catch, which would decrease the chance of having what you found on your urine test. If you are having symptoms of urine infection, a urine culture can help in evaluation and treatment.

Infection: Bacteria and white cells suggest infection. Squamous epithelium does not come from the bladder. Instead, it comes from the skin around the genitals. This suggests that the urine sample has some material from outside the bladder (contaminated urine). Therefore this sample suggests infection in bladder or from vaginal area (vaginitis).
