Not likely tumor: That is what many people think of whey they have bad/recurring headaches, but in fact only about 1% of headaches is from tumors. At 18 and wihtout other symptoms, tumor is low on the list. Make you keep good hydration, get adequate sleep, get your eyes checked. See your doc for eval of possible sinus trouble, tm etc...Or differentiating between tension vs migraines etc..Good luck to you.

See MD and DDS/DMD: Check in with your dentist, too. It's not impossible that your headaches could arise from an uneven bite, clenching or grinding your teeth. In those cases, muscular tension from the stress in your mouth could affect your face, head, or even your neck and posture.

Might be.: Although many things might cause headaches, brain tumor is something that should definitely be considered, especially when there are recurrent/everyday headaches that may get worse due to a possible mass effect of the tumor. Other symptoms/signs like visual changes, and impaired gait/walking may occur, but thre may be no other symptoms, even headache, so get to your doctor and get it worked-up.
