You cant: If you are losing hair it can be regrown however if the hairs have been gone forcyears you can explore of you are a candidate for a hairctransplant where donor haircis transplanted to the bald areas.

You can't : If you are completely bald there is nothing you can take and hair restoration surgery will not work.
