Hard to say: It is hard to put swollen lymph nodes as relating to a kidney infection. Any nodes related to that process would be deep within the abdomen & not where you could feel them. You did not describe what symptom or symptoms make you think the kidney issue is not better, so it is hard to know if this is related or some other problem.It sounds like you need to contact the treating doc & be re-evaluated.
