Adjustable depends: You are indeed on the slender side--should be proud to have such figure in these days and age. Anyhow, adult diapers are not one-size fits all. You should you look for the ones that are adjustable to allow better fitting/wrapping around your body/frame to minimize leakage. Best of luck.
