Finger swelling: Your symptoms may just be from the air travel. Give it more time and see what happens. If still a problem get it checked out.

Give a few days: I would give this a few days of rest and relaxation with possible use of anti inflammatory medications such as motrin. If it does not resolve or becomes worse or associated with systemic symptoms such as fever, see your physician.
