Sharp pains in left breast?

Go see doctor: Pain breast can be from any causes- most commonly a non harmful condition called "fibrocystic breast disease". Most concerning would be breast cancer- at 33 you are at risk and would need eval with either mammogram and/or ultrasound. There are other possible conditions - such as infection, cyst etc- but you wont know unless you go for evaluation.
