Pregnant?: Ironically, the earliest signs of pregnancy are not unlike pms. Symptoms include breast or nipple tenderness, bloating, cramps, and fatigue. Nausea, or morning sickness, doesn't start until about week six!

Usually: Missed period, fatigue, breast soreness, then nipples darken and get sore also then a bit later nausea also. Sometimes food aversions develop.
