Yes: Assuming you're not in labor, ruptured membranes or a while and the range stays variable (110 to 170), baby should be ok.

No.: The normal range of fetal heart tones is 110-160 beats per minute. If sustained >160 it is called fetal sinus tachycardia and merits evaluation with biophysical profile and clinical examination. The most likely explanation is that you caught the baby during a reassuring acceleration from wiggling around in utero. One has to exclude the possibility of non-reassuring fetal heart tones though.
