Sever form of acne : Severe form of acne that is more common in males. It typically causes comedones, papules, pustules, nodules, cysts, and multichanneled draining sinuses. Scarring and keloid formation are also common. Lesions usually occur on the face, neck, trunk and upper extremities. See a dermatologist in your area if you haven't already.
