A member asked:

Do people with asperger's and epilepsy develop later in life the epileptic conditions?

Possibility: Persons with autism spectrum have a 30 to 35 percent risk of developing epilepsy. Experience is that most cases develop by adolescence. Generally if you have passed adolescence and child bearing, you have passed the risk period. Be cautious anyway and practice good health habits.

Aspergers: The two are not related. Separate the diagnoses.
