Migraines: Migraines are generally triggered by certain foods or food additives, poor sleep, stress, frequent use of analgesic or anti headache medications, and hormonal conditions (like thyroid disorders). Practice adequate diet and sleep pattern. Check with your md for proper therapy and treatment . Hope you feel better soon.
