Definitely not: No way...You need to be retested with a urine culture to make sure the infection is clear but more importantly to rule out other causes of hematuria (blood in urine). Kidney stones, diseases of the glomerulus, interstital cystitis etc could be the cuase. The main thing is to make sure you were on the correct antibiotic.
