3-4 weeks : At the moment your doctor would date your pregnancy based on your last period of aug 1 making you just slightly less than 4 weeks. The doctor will so a bhcg hormone to confirm the pregnancy. I would ultimately date your pregnancy b y your first sonogram to be more accurate given the early ovulation.
