Several: Chlamydia in some people is asymptomatic. It can cause UTI symptoms, pelvic pain, and vaginal discharge. If you are sexually active and not using condoms, please consider using them. The only way to know for sure though is get tested at your doctors office. Most medcheck, family docs, ob/gyns, and health care clinics and planned parenthood can confirm your diagnosis. Don't delay.

Pain, discharge: Symptoms can include belly pain, yellow-green discharge, odor, vaginal pain, & pain with urination. In women, chlamydia may actually have no symptoms at all. If you think you may have chlamydia it is important to be tested for gonorrhea and other infections as well. These infections are easily treated with antibiotics. If untreated, they can cause complications that may affect fertility.

Quite variable: Reports cite about 1/2 of women and 1/3 of men may have no symptoms at all. In those that do it can vary from itchy discomfort while urinating in men/women.Women can also have discharge, and abdominal pain of variable intensity. In many ways it is a stealth STD and failure to treat as early as possible can result in major problems.
