I have tingling in my arms and legs that is almost constant. ?

Most likely spinal : Although peripheral neuropathy can cause the symptoms, arm symptoms are usually less than leg symptoms. If arm and leg symptoms are pretty equal, the problem could be either coming from brainstem or upper spinal cord problems. Nutritional deficiencies, like low blood calcium can do this too.
