A couple of things: It could be a UTI or urethritis. It could be a skene's gland cyst or abscess. It could be that you are passing a bladder stone. However, the best way to remedy this is to see your OB soon and have him/her take a look at the area to clarify. This is one of those things that requires more info and likely an examination.
