These : These could be skin tags or warts. Try putting on a little white vinegar, if they turn white chances are that they are warts. Warts may grow or appear in pregnancy because of the associated immunosuppression.

Discuss with Gyne: This doesn't sound like anything of concern but i would discuss with gyne to ensure that it is not an infection or problem that needs attention prior to delivery.
