I heard anatabloc is excellant for joint pain relief, can anyone add any insights, cautions etc?

Anatabloc (TM): No major medical studies have reported on this product, which contains anatabine (which is supposed to have anti-inflammatory properties), vitamin a (an antioxidant), & vitamin d3 (which enhances calcium absorption & seems to strengthen the immune system. So there appears to be nothing harmful in it. Good luck if it works for you. Check with fp about possible drug interactions.
