Can call the doctor: Patients may have some headache, temporary swelling at the treatment site; swelling, numbness, bleeding, or tingling around the sites where the head frame rests on the head; skin irritation, nausea, seizures, patchy hair loss from the radiation, etc... One can call the doctor to ask whether or not one's after-treatment symptoms are ok (people may feel fatigued because they have headaches).

Yes: These are very common side effects of cyberknife, affecting about one in every three patients treated to the brain. That does not mean that you have to live with the symptoms, though. I am sure that your radiosurgeon would love to help you with them. Both the fatigue and headaches tend to last only a couple of weeks, though, so i expect that you will be feeling better soon. Speedy recovery.
