Hard ?: That's a hard ? To answer w/out much of the history provided. A comprehensive hx should be taken. I'd start with some general work up such as complete blood count, chemistry panel, thyroid function, and gynecological exam.

Certain medications and medical conditions can decrease libido as well as emotional and relational problems. Consider whether low libido has been long term or is relatively recent when relaying information to your doctor.
