Still possible: Although, regular menses is a better predictor of possible pregnancy, because you can at least be sexually active around the days that give you a higher yield of getting pregnant, women with irregular periods get pregnant, too, so don't get discouraged. Decreased, but good.: Unpredictable, irregular ovulation does not help with fertility, however at your age (29) you should still have a very good chance for spontaneous conception. Take Folic Acid 1-5 mg daily and see a reproductive endocrinologist/infertility specialist if you do not get pregnant after 12 months of trying. Metformin may help you regulate your ovulation if you are overweight or have pcos/hcas.
