Depends: Are you a smoker, family history of lung cancer? If you are, you should screen for lung cancer. How you know you got pneumonia? If you suspicious with pneumonia, then you should get a chest x-ray. If there's suspicious lesion on chest x-ray, i believe your doctor could order ct scan for you. Bottom line is go see your doctor.

Perhaps: This combination of problems points more to a systemic disease, such as multiple myeloma or a blood cell disorder. You are not in the right age group for lung cancer but one never knows. By all means, get yourself checked.
