Depends: If that woman is fertile & her body releases an egg around the same time there is a good chance she can become pregnant. That is how the process works. Even if you do not ejaculate, there are enough sperm in semen to do the same thing. If you don't want pregnancy, you must find a way (condom) to prevent any of your sexual fluids from going inside her.
